Anyone have these things? Everyone in the store had to go to one of a series of group meetings with the manager. Basically, it was just handing out papers and begging for us to give them better scores on the "Associate 1st Survey."
i quit taking part in those associate tracker surveys a year ago. they mean nothing...why bother? they really don't want honesty anyway, and i know of too many nosey ninnies who get into them and read them and know who said what about who in the dept. doesn't exactly inspire confidence ya know?
We are having a "Day of Listening" where associates can go have a one on one with the store manager. All associates all damn day. Bet she's looking forward to this....
I signed up. I have a lot to vent about, all valid points, but I don't expect any changes to come of it.
Be nice if something happened because of it.
I envy any associate that has management that actually takes your suggestions seriously.
