just another way big kroger covers their butt in case ur being bullied and the mgmt doesn't respond or acknowledge ur complaint. however be very careful cause once u start the avalanche it can't be stopped! if someone is just jokin around and u just happened to show up unarmed in a battle of wits doesn't mean u should alert the Kr Gestapo so they can fire anyone remotely involved including U!
Honestly, no, I worked for Kroger Manufacturing for 7 years, was bullied by a lead, supervisor and several employees. They all covered for each other and chalked it up to I wasn't doing my job well. Provided insufficient training and guidance while learning, covered for each other, was disciplined for my performance first time doing a task w/o assistance. and told me I didn't catch on to things very fast. Finally ended resigning. Almost six months later, still trying to get over the insecurities, pain, and anger associated w/the way I was treated at my job. I have another job now which I am learning and performing just fine, except A LOT less pay. Sorry enough about my feelings, just have to vent sometimes, better than worse alternatives. Anyway, I made verbal and written complaints several times and all where covered up by this particular supervisor and lead, and I was the one determined to be at fault for unsatisfactory job performance. If you are facing similar circumstances, count your losses and find another job. I am very emotionally damaged from my treatment by employees at this company, and they are still doing it to others to this day!!
