Does anyone know how or if the annual employee tracking survey actually affects a store manager's performance review, salary review or bonus?

i'm sure the better numbers we get they get a bonus, almost positive. Hell they get a bonus when company comes in and everything looks nice.

never known it to effect thier bonus or raises but do know it does become part of the management review. Constant poor employee tracking surveys will show a problem in that store and one that management needs to adress. Bag review can hurt them when it comes to moving or promotions.

It's a part of everyones review/evaluation at some point...either you move on it or get left behind...I don't love it, by any means, but it is what is it.
