I was in the process of being hired. I had the drug test/background check. I called to do a checkup, but the guy who I have been in contact with/who interviewed me is on vacation now.
Trust me- you don't want to work there anyway. My husband has given half his life to Kroger and they have just cut his pension in half- plus there is a new deal called KEY RETAILING that sets unrealistic expectations on the empolyees......very stressful to work under !
Sounds like a typical Kroger HR person. We had one who hired someone before they got the drug test back, and the girl failed her drug test. They then had to fire her a couple weeks after she started working.
