This sounds like a matter for the police, the union, this person's management or all of the above.
That said, "working here" does not tell where you are for people to answer. Probably a good thing, makes it harder to identify you. Also, giving a name could be considered defamation associated with the claim you just made. Not defending the accused, just a statement.
A Kroger job is not worth sexual assault.

Sexually harassed me. Cornered me in back room. Lied to my co workers that I slept with him. I refused! I quit! I emailed hr, no one cares. When the wrong woman is crossed and suing , then they'll wish they had heeded my warnings. Great job hr!
Wow! Who did you send your email to? I believe they are investigating it, because they sent out that form regarding sexual harassment, saying something happened at another store and everyone has to read it and sign it. Also , did you mention any names as witnesses?

Then do what's best for you. He's belittling and district mgr is as well. Good luck. But he's picked on several people and it's not just the ones I've named. It's the drug gm, the deli girl, anyone who is overweight I noticed. I'm not, but I have compassion for those he makes rude comments to about their size or not being liked.

Ther have kroger in court now in houston on one, if there is any merit to this case then they will tke it and you should be happy. I never deal directly with the ditrict office stall in D7. always let the union handle it or go straight to paul glen in charge of HR for the swkma
