I don't know how to do it either, to be honest. Yep, the training sucks lol.

No one even bothered to teach me how to run the register in my department either. I've been there for over 6 months.

They gave you an EUID number and you have to ask them to set up you a password. when you can log in you can then change your password.

Ask your manager for your euid, and they should help you setup a password for it. Note: This is the same login information for the scanner gun. Just use this information to login to HR express from home(using the link at the bottom of the kroger.com site) or from at a terminal in your store.

I don't know the number for the scanner gun either. I rarely have to use it and when I do, someone logs in for me. :/

if you want to be trained then do something wrong and then when they yell at you for doing it wrong that is your training. it's not kroger's fault that you didnt take the time to become proficient at everything before hiring in.

I've been at Kroger for 7 months and I haven't learned anything. Join the Club.

You obviously do not belong in the public sector if you aren't able to ask someone at your location to help you. Get out now before you embarrass yourself and everyone else who works there. Anyone with a lick of common sense can do any job in the store. it is not rocket science.

Make time while you are on the clock to have the administrative assistant/hiring person sit down for about 10 minutes and work it out for you.......really it is only their job.

If you are so unhappy with company and  you are bashing them before you even get your foot in the door, why don't you just quite. Some one in the store will help you( management, your AA, Front End Manager, Asst. Front End Manager. There are people set in place to help you to get set up with express HR, eSchedule and anything else you need. Did you even ask anyone in your store for assistance? I'll answer this question for you.   NO You Didn't!!!

Yes indeed, Kroger stores are the same everywhere obviously!  Have someone from the office help you set it up at your store.  Once you set up your account, you can manage it from home--however, the initial set up must be done at your location.  I hope that this helps--keep on them to do this for you!

B.T.W. - ignore the rude bastards who replied here anonymously--we have those *******s at our store too!

Of course!

Don't. At least, don't just do it solely online. Ask in person, face-to-face, and possibly in writing.
