Anyone else have pics or stories of the crap pallets the warehouse likes to send to stores?

This is the one they sent today, but I've seen way worse than this. At least this one isn't leaning halfway to the floor. no

W.O.W Those are not stacked right. The blue one should be seperate. The plain white wood should not be stacked with them. I have seen worse also. How about them stacking a pallet of dogfood on top of cereal? I remember that I called the manager to the backroom and he was very pissed. I reported it and we got credit for it.

Usually our stuff isn't too messed up but a couple weeks ago we did have a couple boxes of squished sheet cakes because someone thought it was a good idea to put that on the very bottom of a full skid.

I just love how they put together the produce pallets. I couldn't imagine having that mentality.

I may be wrong. But unless you saw this being unloaded from the truck, I suspect someone is playing a joke on you. I work produce too and have seen my fair share of bad stack jobs but nothing like this.

Those wet broccoli boxes are always on top of salad boxes. We've lost so much product.

We once got a pallet with jars of sauce on the bottom and large bags of dog food on the top.

One of the new grocery guys knocked it over.

Nope, came off the truck this way. Was the first pallet to come off the truck. Stupid stuff like this is normal for our warehouse.

Our pallets are always messed up, especially the eggs, half of them come in crushed into oblivion. This picture is part of a half pallet of eggs that came in destroyed. Spent two hours repacking em.

Kroger is more worried about Key Refailing in the stores rather then the idiots in the Warehouse.

Key Retailing isn't nearly as good of an idea as these *******s think.

Maybe you guys should post more pictures here, because the pictures don't lie!!! How many times have I wished I had a camera or a cell phone to record these pallet disasters over the years...

I don't have a picture of it but there was a giant watermelon box filled with 2 liter soda bottles on top of a dog food pallet. Had to unload the whole thing into carts.

One of our pallets got crushed a couple nights ago, I went back to get a jack to pull the bakery boxes over and i saw a completely busted pallet filled with frozen items, some idiot overpacked it or something and just slammed it down and it broke apart. :/

LOL, try dealing with 800 LBS of babanas on top of 1 layer of berries. That was super fun to clean up. The day they stacked all the organic milk upside down or on its sides & then put a 1/2 pallet of potatos on top of that was also soooo fun. I think it's a game to see how much product they can ruin on a single truck.
