I'm a student from Ohio just coming back from LOA. I never got a raise since I worked for a full year in high school, and I have worked at Kroger for over 7 years.
They claim they only give raises to 'full time' people. Do you guys think this is Bull or no?
in cincinnati / dayton area --- u said u r in ohio so it should be basically the same -- sackers start at $7.25 /hr then get a raise after each 500 hours workd then 750 hrs worked. they max out at a wopping $8.25/hr. why bother to get out of bed huh!

Correct ccs do not get regular raises if you are running a register then you need to check your classification they may have never changed it and they probably owe you a lot of back pay they did that to my son when i found out i had it fixed and they had to pay him over $3000. in retro pay cortesy clerks do not check out customers if you do u r getting screwed call you union rep or contact your H.R. rep in the store that would be the person doing the hiring and training.
