In my division (central division), the grocery managers make $13.50 an hour and their pay tops out in a couple years from now to about $15. It isn't the most money in the world.
All dept heads in my division except meat make 15.90 right now with a raise once a yr of $.50. Meat makes $1 more...So it depends on contract & location
