What a Bi ! She is always in everyone buss and acts like she runs the store. She dates the head of Gm in our zone and we all know how she got the job but really I dont want you in my space.
dose all front end managers act like the store would fall without them.
It takes all day for her to do her hrs and she sits in the manager office doing what? sharing anything and everything.
Lol, I disagree that all department heads think that. However, the front end manager at my store acts exactly like that. Spends all day making the schedule, does whatever she wants, it's frustrating, but oh well, life's never fair.
As a front end manager I work all mid shifts and am on the floor 32 of my 40 hours every week. I run a register, bagg groceries, help push lot, clean up messes, clean bathrooms and whatever else needs to be done to take care of MY customers. I realize not all CSMs are like me and a lot of them do what they want but please do not group us all together there are the rare occasional one or two that helps out and enjoys our job. I may be a b**** if pushed to it but MOST of my coworkers (yes, even though they answer to me they are still CO-WORKERS!!!) are awesome and do not make me be the dreaded b****! We work TOGETHER!! No we do not always make our ring tender goals or our green half hours on quevision but we work hard and try hard and we are in it together!! And I have only been a CSM for 2 months was an Asst CSM for 3 yrs. Maybe these other CSMs need to look at the way they feel about their jobs and step down if they can not do the job in a nice manner!!
I know all dreams but there are some good dept heads out there!!!
