consecutive days. What happens is they put in your vacation time and it will automatically pay you for a week of work with hours averaged out. personal days are single days of pay you can schedule them out whenever you'd like. but you only get a few of them each year.

It depends on your contract. Under my contract, anyone who has at least 3 weeks vacation may split one of the weeks into individual days. If you have 5 or more weeks, you can split two weeks into individual days.
yea i was always wondering about that. if u get vacation time one would think u can use it any way u wish. but i'm pretty sure u have to use it a full week at a time.
