I have orientation coming up, So I have a few questions?
1. How do you get paid (check,card?) , and when?
2. How much ahead of time do you get your scheldele to work?
3. When do you usually start after orientation? i have to tell them I can't work next weeked do to a family thing, and i'm a bit worried on what they will say.
4. How do I dress for orientation??.. I'm not sure if it's like other jobs where they just go over thing's or not?.
You should have gotten a user ID and set up a password by now.

I started work a few days after orientation, It's probably differen't everywhere. When requesting days off you should do so a week in advance, maybe even two depending on your location. Since you are new I'm sure they won't make a big fuss if you can't work the weekend. After your first week you should probably schedule your requests off a week or two in advance.
You don't have to wear your work clothes for orientation, but that may be differen't per location. Should probably call customer service before hand and ask. Orientation is just to fill you in on some important things.

1) Check or Direct deposit, every thursday
2) a week or more. my schedule maker normally has the next weeks schedule done on wednesday i assume yours will too.
3) they should tell you during the orintation when you are to come in next. If it falls on one of the days you need off ask them about having it off and calmly explain that you were looking forward to it. If they insist you work it instead (low probablility) just work it. your familiy will hopefully understand.
4) I didn't have a uniform before orintation so I just wore my normal clothing. You'll most likely be given 2 shirts, a hat(on request), and a temp name badge that day as well. Wear them to training.
