Ours is lousy. With her, having good bread is the exception rather than the rule. Stuff is either overproofed or underproofed. It's usually underbaked except for the sweet goods which she burns and then tries to cover up with icing. The only time the bread looks good is when she goes on vacation and someone else does it.
Ours is pretty good, one left last week but one of my coworkers moved up into that shift and she's doing great for only having 3 days of training. Only one thing looked like it sat in there a little too long but i think she's doing good already.
