I heard from my Csc that we get hours for baggers if we have non express lines open. Is that true. And if so how does it work we are always short on baggers.
I second this. ELMS will not generate bagger hours from an express lane being run, only from regular lanes. But, this is not the only way bagger hours are generated. Bagger hours are also generated from cleaning tasks (how long it should take for someone to clean the restrooms, for example), how many go backs they think we will have, how long it should take to bring carts in from the parking lot, with some extra being thrown in to provide for price checks, returning perishable go backs, clean ups, and stuff like that.
