The division I work for is switching from ordering with a handheld gun to the computer doing it automatically. Can anyone explain how the system works. I order a department currently. Will this cut hours?
I'm with Walmart. We switched to that system a few years ago, and all I can tell you is that for us, it has been a colossal cluster fk. And, as with Kroger's ELMS and Key Retailing, our Home Oriffice has NO intention of giving it up.
Oh, and yes: With us (although it was initially promised not to be), it has indeed equaled reduces staff hours.
