i've recently undergone surgery and have medical documentation stating i can't lift over 20 lbs
i was on FMLA for six weeks, and have been back to work for 3 weeks.
my manager ordered me to do something i was uncomfortable with, and i refused fearing injury. i did however complete the task in a different manner
i was then harassed for my refusal to complete the said task by lifting.
i'm not the only one he treats poorly, either. he runs the store like a dictator, as if his word was absolute. he comes off as intimidating and very unapproachable.
