This may only apply to my district, but I'm pretty sure it was for at least the whole Midsouth division, but only assistant department heads and up get email addresses.
Only people in our district in the front end who has email is the service desk people, store managers, assistant front end managers, and the front end manager. I have been up their for six months but I keep asking but no one listen.
