I was thinking about moving to another district, but I was told I would lose all seniority if I did this.What would that include? I cant lose my vacations and such,can I? Anyone have any knowledge on the subject?
You will lose all seniority as your seniority date will become the day you transferred. The copy of the contract I have is not clear about vacations and such. You'll have to ask you union rep.
No you won't loose your seniority. The only way is if you switch divisions like Kroger to food for less. Or the columbus division of Kroger to the Michigan division of Kroger.
