I have been a frys night stocker for almost 2 years, at 1 year 3 months i requested 2 floater days they were on the schedual and i took them. I did not recieve them in my paycheck so asked our payroll person why? She informed me that floater days run from Dec to Dec and that i would not be paid fo them is this right?
NOPE: If you were on the clock, you EARN those wages. Another way to look at to this, if you were on the clock and no one got hurt, you'd be covered under work man's comp. If not, you could be held liable in a civil suit.
