Will my direct deposit be delayed because of Thanksgiving? Or will I still get it Wednesday night?

Delayed? No. Holidays only delay paper checks.

We're supposedly actually getting ours a day early instead of a day late "for black friday shopping" tho I have no idea how that will affect direct deposit.

I just checked my account, and the deposit was in there. Well, "notice of future deposit" but it's there now.

mine is also there as a "pending transaction" on wednesday at 9 am

If I had known that, I would have picked up my check on Wednesday night. But no one told me we could get them early. :(
