Don't start acting like a b**** when I'm trying to help you. It's your fault you can't find anything.
Don't all shop at once! I'm sick and tired of not being able to train anybody on the bottle room because all you b****es think you have the right to shop here.
Number one rule I go by: If you act like a b****, I don't have time for you.
The holidays are a great time for the moron customers that never set foot into a store to decide to shop once a year.
Exactly what I'm saying. If you're gonna shop a busy store that just re-arranged everything, shop the week before so you have time to know where things are. if you can't find it in produce look again! I will not help you look for a bag of pine nuts idiot, especially since it's not my department. Look harder, b****es
Got to love those people that come up to you while in a totally irelevant department and ask you where 5 different things on their list are. Even if I did know off the top of my head where all that crap was, I highly doubt they would remember. Or they say "she" wants this, so now you're supposed to mind read what their spouse/parent/child/cousin wants. Ask them if this is what they are looking for and get the "I DUNNO! She just said yogurt". Sorry, sir, but you're literally just too stupid to help. You'd think after years of practice they would learn to look up at the signs and read "cookies" instead of asking me and doing it for them.
I worked almost a year and a half at the Kroger here, and I know where everything in the store is, including other departments than the one I worked in (grocery).
This is due to I also helped with the scan team, and did that my last few months there. Had to change tags everywhere in the store, including meat, produce (where applicable) deli cases, cigarettes, drug/gm, nutrition...

I once had someone ask me "where is the frozen food?" Really?? You're too lazy to look down the aisles yourself until you see the frozen food aisle? It's hard to miss! They were just two aisles away from it too.

If someone had asked me where frozen food was I would be tempted to say, "It's in the freezers."

I had an old guy ask me that once. At first I thought he said frozen fruit because he had a muffled voice. I can see him asking that on his way inside the store if he's in a hurry but he was already well on his way to finding it. Customers are lazy and sometimes they get bitchy if they can't find something right away.
I know this is random but I hate getting asked a question when I'm headed for a break. Especially if it's a question for a department that I don't work in. I can point the way if people can't find the bathrooms but don't ask me to scour all of produce looking for this stupid organic fruit when I'm not even getting paid for it.

I hate this too I just got to the break room and sit for two or three minuets then say sorry we are out.
A customer asked me where the cranberry sauce was and he was literally at the aisle where it was located. Sometimes they don't think that all the canned things would be pretty much together. Maybe the signs need to be lowered from the ceiling a little bit, Idk!
