I had a customer asking where our glue was. I took him straight to the school supply section thinking he might have needed some elmer's glue. Turns out he needed some kind of glue with a weird chemical name. I almost said "sir, that's not us, there's an ACO Hardware on the other side of the lot."
Our store has a small hardware section. It has things like duct tape, antifreeze, epoxy, screwdriver sets, a few automotive supplies, fasteners, hooks, etc.

I know from my experience I've never had to bag screwdrivers, duct tape, etc. Our bags are so flimsy that a screw driver would easily fall through. We only sell scotch tape from what I understand. I think we don't sell any hardware just because there's a hardware store in close proximity.
