can kroger move a lead fuel clerk ou of the fuelcenter?

we have a fuelclerk that is causing a lot of conflict in the fuelcenter. can she be moved to another department? would union allow that? we had major issues this week with her and the other employees. she is a constant problem.

Yes if she is not getting along with other employees or cannot their job effectively she can switch departments.
