This woman, who just came back from pregnancy leave, apparently hates me. She constantly tells me, (and only me, not the other 8 baggers there with me) to use the loose bags before I leave. She doesn't tell me, it's like she demands it.
Like eariler today,
Angry Woman: Use all of these bags before you leave, I want them all gone. (there were a good 20 or 30 bags)
Me: Sorry, but I get off in about 2 minutes. (it was 5:58.)
Angry Woman: NO YOU AIN'T. YOU LEAVE AT 6:15!! (nasty attitude.)
Me: I didn't take a break today, so I take it at the end of my shift, 15 minutes before I get off. (Like EVERYDAY.)
Angry Woman: Looks at me crazy (for a good 5 seconds, I might add) then calls Assist. Manager.* Did you say this employee that she could leave 15 minutes earlier if she didn't go on break?
The assistmant manager says something inaudible. then asks when I got to work. (which was 12:00)
(Assist Manager then tells me I can leave)
Angry Woman: Fine. But I want these bags gone tomorrow! Right when you get here you use these bags! Nothing else! (I left at 6:15, and Kroger closes at Midnight, wouldn't it be eaiser to just to divie the bags among the other clerks?)
Then she storms off saying something about how we Courtesy Clerks think she is playing.
Also, before she went on leave, she collected every loose bag she could find, stuffed them in a box, taped it up and wrote, "ONLY [My Name] USES THESE BAGS. NO ONE ELSE!
I'm not sure if I did something to piss her off, but she has a problem with me. I usually just keep to myself, and I am not even sure what she does. She just walks around and does nothing all day.
Any ideas or help on what to do?
Plus I'm not even the one wasting all the bags. -__-"
Tell her that she's treating you unfairly and you would appreciate it if she stopped singling you out. If she continues to harass you file charges against her. Document all interactions and get witnesses that are willing to back you up in writing.
Either that or she wants to do you.

I would start documenting about this harassment and go to management. Is she a wannabe manager or something or just a clerk? Otherwise, I would tell her to get ****ed.

File a grievance and everything like everyone else said. As for the bags, when this ******* isn't looking just go chuck them. Whether it's the recycle bin or the trash compacter is your choice. If asked just play dumb and say they must have been used up.
