At the store I'm at, we have three co-managers and one in training. I like them all. I guess I'm lucky. I can only speak for myself, but when I'm talking/working with one, I feel he/she is listening to what I have to say. When I do something for one of them, I'm thanked for my work. None of them act arrogantly or rudely. Maybe they don't treat everyone the same as they treat me, but I don't have any issues with any of them, and that includes the store manager, too. I hope that they all stay at the store I'm at for as long as I'm there.
All depends on the manager. Some are actually decent individuals who I've had the utmost pleasure working with. Others, well...what can you do? I've learned to deal with the good and the bad over the years. It always helps to learn who to go to when you need help, and who to "stay out of their way"...Remember, they'll all end up gone eventually...It's the nature of the business...
Kroger has several managers and co-managers that should be terminated but instead kroger just moves them from store to store so they can treat more employees like **** and abruse their title.
yea I got a manager who is an A hole. He is Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. He also has a Napolean Complex. He is at most 3 feet tall and most likely trying to make up for being picked on in his past younger years.
