what kind of things do they look for on the background check?

is it just violent crimes and felonies or do misdemeanors count against you?

i got a couple juvenile misdemeanors on my record from when i was younger, but my interview went well. do you think i'll get the job?

Depends on severity and length of time. I have a misdemeanor on my record for underage consumption back in 2000 and it didn't go against me when I became a deputy sheriff. Kroger surely didn't give a ****.
