Can anyone tell me the requirments and how to go about applying for it? I am 23 I have two years of college under my belt plus some CIS/CIT certs. And I have been at kroger for two years. I just thought it may be something worth looking into for me. Thanks for any help.

If I were you I'd think long & hard about becoming a Kroger manager. Then, after thinking long & hard I'd run like hell.  But, if you think you'd like to be in the position of having total accountability for a job and no authority to go along with that job, then become a Kroger manager.  And if you can't figure out how to apply for management training on your own, then you're probably not smart enough to be a manager.  On the other hand, not being smart enough is probably a prime criteria for becoming a Kroger manager.  Good Luck...you're going to need it!

What division are you in? The requirements for the Cincy/Dayton division are different than those for the Columbus division.

What i understand a college degree is required. To be md1 they are rumored to becoming more selective. I have two four year degrees in seperate fields and a masters degree in another field and they told me i might not get it. Even though i have ten years experience between my 8.5 years with biggs and year and a half with kroger. But hell who knows i might get it. Anyway, i evetually want to be in risk management since my MMA experience and masters degree in criminal justice.
