first thing to do is check your contract and wee what it states. T
hen find out how much verifiable experiance they are giving you vs what you have.
Then see what the over night premium pay rate is. next thing to do is wait until you get your first paycheck and see what they determined your pay rate is to them.
From there you can except the pay rate ot you have 30 days to contest it .
Now there is alo the HR express log in. Log in and they will have all your information ( yes your pay rate too ) on there for you to see.
