It starts by saying "For the past four years, Barbara has focused on making her associates feel good about the work that they do." But the reallity is there was a problem in one dept where the managers weren't keeping up on key retailing and blamed it all on one accociate and our "store manager" fell for it so much so that they took him up to the office and berated him for 15 minutes telling him he couldn't do anything right. They told him you didn't perform this task correctly. He replied this task hasn't been done at all for the past two days. She also like to walk the floor on her cell phone which others have been written up for.
It makes you wonder how great our Great People really are.
Hey she got fired because she couldnt run as much as a Kids lemonade stand. She was one of the first to be fired. Every store she would go to got turned into a functioning store into a disaster
I actually disagree with one store she ran....it was better under her management than the next manager...but then she got fired too so it didn't matter.

I wonder if this lady had gotten other job or if she is living off the system? She was one of the ones fired in the great purge of 2019. Id like to think I was part of that solution as I personally emailed company management of her unprofessionalism on her Facebook page.
