My kroger says i am not allowed to transfer out, but people can transfer in?!?
Totally incorrect. Anyone theoretically is able to transfer anywhere. Of course, its like applying for a new job, just without going through all the background checks, initial interviews, drug test etc.
If you're qualified for a position in another store and want to go for it, then apply. You deal with the management in that store. Your current store may just not want to lose you. The only problem is that they could torpedo your wish to transfer, by not recommending you to the other store when they call up to ask about your work. That's pretty crappy on their part though, and if its untrue the union definitely could get involved to help you out.
worked at 453 for 4 months that place sucked! So I called a couple of managers and I am now back at my old store. Thank God, word of advice do not work for 453 in produce!
