I'm in the Cincy/Dayton division and I've been working here for about a year and a half now. Paychecks are issued today, i'll see if there's an increase on there tonight.
It seems like it always takes 2-3 weeks before my raises come through on expressHR. My last one took a solid 3 weeks. It was a $1.00 raise so I REALLY wanted it! Luckily, they did give retro pay. Now I'm waiting on my 35 cent raise to come through, and then after that, my merit raise. I'm not union, however I am in Cincy/Dayton, so I guess my only point is...it takes forever for them to show up.
