Why do we have to put our availability online when the boss does not go by it ever.
why do they let their position go to their heads.why do they treat some better than others. For a business to do that is not a business that fair to all employees.the Kroger in Vicksburg ms. Is racist and u don't want to work there.they praise the workers that are there to draw a check; that does nothing. But the ones that are earning their paycheck they treat like crap.
is there no or minimal diversity in the hiring? it feels like my store needs improvement in that. maybe it's down to the application pool.
we have a manager who doesn't care what people's availability is and schedules against it. requests for availability changes are ignored even for students. every week it seems like we reshuffle.
