Just interviewed for the ACSM at another store in my district a few weeks ago. Got the job so I must have done well. Topics covered:
-leadership skills -shrink -B.O.B. -elms/ring tender -AML -various accounting procedures -use of ACE computer -labor laws -sked/kronos -a few more i can't recall
Basically, get to know these concepts well. If you don't already know what everything on that list is, you're probably already at a disadvantage. Of course, that may not be a problem if all the other candidates have your level of experience. If there is anybody there whom has done the job before, the interview is really just a technicality and they will probably get the job unless there is a damn good reason not to hire them.
While nocturnia is right, I can see how you might not understand that those weren't just general things to know, they are actual topics covered by the interview questions directly. Most of those things come from a list of questions given to the store by our district, but idk how it works in another district or division. Should be very close though.
