My division is going to eschedule in august, but from what I've heard on here:

There will still be paper schedules. These are the master schedules and the schedule can still be changed by saturday as before.

It seems to work, but not great. There are several issues/bugs but hopefully by the time you get that system, they will be worked out.

Shifts should be the same, it's just the system they use to schedule them on the back end is changing.

Access will be through the greatpeople.me website.

That's pretty much all I know. Others on here have had the system rolled out already and I'm sure could tell you more.
