kroger policy on rescinding resignation letter
Permalink

I gave my resignation letter 3 days ago. I have just realized that It was a mistake. What is the company policy regarding the rescinding of resignation letters. I am still employed until mid-April.

So you want to "un-quit"? The best thing to do would be to talk to management. Or read your handbook, or ask your union rep, or various other ways of contacting someone within the company that can help you with this quandary.

Wow, you'll have some serious foot loose dancing to do, talking with management! If it were me you came to, I'd have some real concerns about your future job integrity/decision making skills.

Not trying to bust your balls, but be ready for some kinda reaction like that.

If your resignation was polite and cordial, then just tell them you've changed your mind.  It's been done before.  On the other hand, if it wasn't, you're screwed.
