Contracts are different but they SHOULD owe you your vacation and in this case you SHOULD be able to cash it out. There is a decent chance they don't owe you your personal days and if you want them and you don't have terrible managers you should take them all in one week and then you will probably need to work a following day before you quit. Otherwise you would basically just be cashing them out. I am taking all my vacations (3) and personal days now while starting another job, but I'm also maintaining my full -time until we get a lump sum next month. It's been somewhat tricky, but am still working a few odd shifts while taking all of my time off.
