You don't need one. Go into the Sprint store, tell them you're a Kroger employee. They will give you a form that you fill out and fax to Sprint HQ. The employee at the store will put your discount on your account right then, you have a limited amount of time to fax the form back into them or they'll take the discount off if you don't provide the proof they want.
