So due to school next semester I am having to move about an hour and a half from the kroger I am working at. I told my store manager about my plans and he told me I needed to call Krogers around my new area to see if there was a spot for a cashier. I called 4 krogers around my new area and 3 of them told me I would have to go back to my store manager to get his recommendation of me for the store. I went backed and talked to him and he said that I would have to call them back to make sure there was an opening. But they still want his recommendation. The other store told me that I could call the Front End Manager when she was in which was suppose to be today at 1pm I called and someone told me she was on vacation for 10 days. I am moving in 2 weeks as of tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to transfer krogers?
Transfering Krogers just seems to be a huge circle!
i doubt you can speed up the process. Did you just find out today that you are going to move in 2 weeks? Or did you know for the past 2 months and didn't do anything about it until now?

I actually found out about my whole school situation earlier this week when I went to advising and my teacher told me that I would need Calculus and Physics for my major and told me the only campus that offers it is an hour and a half away
I don't see why you'd need a recommendation to move to another store. Sounds like they are just stringing you along. Someone has to give just keep pushing both sides of the fence.
