Hi I'm a returning employee and I'm trying to set up my Direct deposit, i enter my EUID and it asks for a password i try and reset it but it says i'm online in store it has to be done that way, well i called my AA for assistance and she said it has to be done online. ugh this is frustrating I really need the password for my direct deposit

it has to be done at the store. it HAS to be done online at the store. Keep bugging them until they help you.

I am able to go to http://www.greatpeople.me and login in with my EUID and password i login with the rf. Im able to setup direct despoit there.

go to a computer at the store and use PASSPORT. in the login screen enter your ID and then click forgot password in order to reset it. Then you can go online at home (at least I can) and go to ess.kroger.com and it will bring up your online paystubs etc and on the left side there are options and you can add direct deposit there.

I had the same problem. I had to go to the second option (new to Express HR? Set up your account now - something like that). Then it let me make a password and I was good to go. I was able to do it online at home, but maybe it's different where you are.

When I first started I tried the direct deposit at home online and you CAN do it from home, but you have to immediately go in your email and confirm by logging back in through your email. I don't think the email tells you that you have to, but I did it three times and it would never save once I'd logged off. When I checked my email and logged back in from the link, it worked fine.
