I've been with the company for a total of 3 years. I have been in the fuel center. A lady who worked at speedway for 12 years started last week and was left in charge while our boss went on vacation this week. She's been messing everything up and I've had to fix it. Coorprate came while she was here and she got us in so much trouble it's insane. I should have been left in charge. Instead they left me with 4 new people. And they leave one new person in charge. Speedway isn't Kroger. A week isn't enough time to learn everything to be in charge of a whole department. Am I wrong?
I agree with you totally, but I wasn't sure which way the poll was supposed to be read. The most senior, experienced employee should have been left in charge, hands down.
