So yeahhhh, we were told by management today to make sure to put those tacky BoB stickers on *every* item at the bottom of a cart that isn't bagged. We've never done this before, what on Earth is the point even, when not a single customer gives a darn about a sticker of any sort unless they're 5. And this is in the same week they rolled out the "faster checkout" event too, yea, this is sure to make checkout faster =/
Oh mercy, we have professionals doing the snag & bag deal. Or they come in with 'I just bought this but I lost my receipt'. REALLY? Just bought it. I work Customer Service Center and until you've been back there you cannot believe the stupid stuff that comes out of peoples mouths.
The BoB stickers are just corporates way of seeing that we are charging for everything. Of course the manager that told me I had to do it never does and oh how I'd love to confront her with it. But I won't bring myself down to her level.
