Hello. Kroger is my first job, and I had no prior experience, so I started at minimum wage (7.70/hr) and in the length of time I've been working I am now at 8.05/hr. I've been working for 8 months. I am a Grocery Clerk (exclusively in Dairy) and just received full-time status. I'm wondering if there should be a pay raise along with this, as some people have told me that is the case. Also, what does the wage cap typically increase to, and how do I go about signing up for insurance/full-time benefits? My final question is, just to make sure, that once full time, can you be dropped below 40 hours/week? I know these will vary depending on store location, but I am just trying to get more familiar with all of this. Thank you.
