it seems Kroger is exactly the opposite of what the article speaks and it comes from a Harvard study too.

At first i thought this was going to be an article about how awesome kroger was but it's just an article about everything kroger management fails at.

This article looks like it was pulled right from the desk of our store manager only it says how treat employees.
