So if you quit with no notice, no call no show, or if you give 2 weeks notice, if you do not return uniform will they charge you? How much? Also do they mail your last check?
it depends on the store and the person who finalizes your termination. they're suppose to but then again things at Kroger don't go the way they should, do they. why don't you get off your butt and toss them in a bag then just run them up to the store. give them to the service desk person real fast and leave. cant take more then a few minutes of your time. you can record Dr. Phil and watch it later

If they don't charge you they should. I think they mail it to your last known address after a few weeks.
No, they should not charge anyone. Kroger can afford new uniforms for new employees. They do not need to be reusing old uniforms for their employees so there is no reason to charge for them. This company flushes money down the toilet all the time (like new uniform tshirts that we wear for two months), so they should not be charging anyone for not returning uniforms.
You should shut your mouth and go bag some groceries, mongo.
I wear the refresh t-shirts all the time! They're actually decent shirts if you can get over the improper English on the front of it. Good shirt to sleep in and bum around the house. For that...I am thankful for my 3 free shirts.
This is not the OP but I need to know about getting new shirts, how often can we get new ones? I've had my cobolt blue polos for about five years and they are worn out, how many can I receive?

Ask management for new ones. Heck, get a Kroger hat while you are at it if you have the remotest need.
To the OP. I think the shirts are about $20 each if ordered independently, and I would expect to pay that if they were to charge you. They could send you a bill for them, then again, I would not actually bet money on any given store being attentive enough to do so. Roll the dice or take the shirts back. Do you really need Kroger shirts that bad?
Also, no your last check is not mailed. Go get it.

You have to pick up your last check. They are not mailed. It's easier to get new shirts when there's lots of hiring. Just ask your AA or management about another shirt. According to my division, we're also supposed to provide pants because it's part of the uniform but my store has not.
