Got in trouble for using a snip snap coupon that I didn't know was illegal don't know if I still have a job been off a week don't know how long susendions are
Management is supposed to let you know how long suspensions are. Is this your first suspension? If so maybe you can let them knoa that you did not knowwhat you did was illegal and hope for the best. Read your employee manual.
However If they say "suspended pending termination" then it usually means you are suspended until they get your termination papers set up.
Again chek your manual and ask management how long suspensions are
Hi,the same thing happen to me.When I first had someone bring this to me I ask my shift manger and she said if it scans use it.So I went back to work and didn't think any thing else about it.Then two months later I get pulled into the office by lost pervention didn't even know who these people are (this is my first job).Then after all these questions I found out that snip snap coupons are bad I had know ideal and they treated me like I was a criminal if I was told I wouldn't have took them.i was told I needed to pay the amount back and quite my job or pay and fight for my job.So its been a month almost and im fighting for my job I have my meeting on Monday im not paying the money back I don't feel like I need to.There was eight of us that got suspended and that night someone found some flyers in the office about the snip snap coupons and the pass them out then and they where dated march 27 and I got suspend April 23.So if there is happening at all these different stores how is it the cashiers fault
