Will I still get my vacation after putting in for two weeks?

Okay so here's the deal. I've been with Kroger for over a year, and I was told I have 20.5 hours of vacation total. For the past two months I have been requesting the vacation for the upcoming week, but have been told that there are problems with the system. I literally asked off 7 times because I'm going out of town, but they were iffy in response each time. Anyway I got offered a new job full time, so I put in my two weeks notice. I was supposed to get my vacation next week, but I just noticed online my boss changed my availability to completely unavailable and denied my vacation. Today they also tried to accuse me of having a no call no show on a day I wasn't even scheduled, but I proved that false. Will I still get paid my vacation?

You should. Go to the union and complain.

If your vacation was earned it will be paid.  the only way vacation is forfeited is for being terminated for just cause (ie theft or other very serious nature).  Go to the store manager and request your vacation and explain what your supervisor told you.  If that don't work, of course you can always call the union, but I would call the division human resources department and talk to them.  Tell them the exact facts and what you were told.  Your vacation check will get cut and the store manager will be answering to them on why he denied it.

And Kroger wonder's why they can't keep good qualified people with stunts like this.
