So, lets say I got hurt at work- enough to need to go to the doctor and get xrays. If they drug test me and it comes up positive, is there a policy that says they have to fire me? Does anyone know how long it takes for Workers Comp to get back to Kroger about tests like that? I know Workers Comp can take a long time to actually get, but what about the test? Does anyone know how it all works?
No idea, but I can imagine it would be quick. They will take forever to process things if they are going to have to pay money out, but with a positive drug test, their liability is minimal, so they will be happy to rush things.
I hurt myself on a job and I went to go see Debbie Cantu she advised me that my work injury was not work related and that it was a disease of life and I needed to use my own insurance I've been it's in October now all of a sudden at Kroger wants me to go see one of their doctors my question is why you said it wasn't work related it was a disease of life go use my own insurance I had to get my medical records I don't knowwhy but if you ask me I think they ****ed up this whole time I've been paying out of my pocket and I have not even got a letter denying me excepting it I don't nothing I don't know what to do all I know is I've been pain and now they want to take over what do I do who do I talk to you because this is ridiculous they tell me he's my own insurance I am now I have to wait it's been four months I'm hurting I'm in pain and I need surgery
