I have a an interview for the third shift stock team at kroger. 

What do I need to know to ace this interview?

Do you have a pulse?
Are you breathing?
Can you be on time?

If you can answer yes to each of those, you're hired!

The biggest problem I've had in hiring people is for them to pass the piss test. JESUS dung, really.....Seems no body pinching their zits while living in their mom's garage and playing WOW wants to put the blunt down long enough to get a job.

Explain to them that you'll be a hard worker and answer questions with passion and a smile!

Also, pass the piss test - for the love of god.

And depending on where you're working - the background check. We had one girl apply for the pharmacy...she has a felony for theft. And she wants to be around drugs? Lady be crazy.
