It's a $200 deductible you have to meet first. You get one or two free exams/cleanings per year. If you're getting a root canal, crown, etc. $200 isn't a huge dent to make compared to what those would cost without dental insurance!

Krogers dental insurance deductible is actually pretty cheap, compared to the outrageous cost of a dentist now days

Do you have to get a seperate card for your vision and dental?

I signed up for the insurance a couple months ago, and I got the anthem card in the mail but never got one for vision or dental. Do i need to call someone about that?

I have Anthem for health, separate drug card, AETNA for dental and VSP for vision. You don't get get a card with VSP, just go to the VSP website and find a provider. You can get an ID card if you want, if not, your ID # is your SSN.
