no a word. it seems like I am the one doing the leg work - calling periodically to get an update. it has been 5 weeks now. called my union rep just yesterday. come to find out that she is on medical leave. so I put in a call to her replacement. have not heard back.  I do hope she is ok of course. I spoke with her personally about 7 to 10 days prior and she was fine. things happen. I been out of town myself enjoying life. I did manage to break my arm and now my car is kaput. still I am in good spirits and have full plan to head into this upcoming meeting in order to exonerate myself
